Terms and Conditions
- A cash deposit or credit card details are required to confirm a booking. (During peak season a 100% deposit is required). The remaining accommodation cost must be paid prior to or upon arrival to the resort.
- Cancellation Policy:
- A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations during low season.
- A minimum of 7 days notice is required for cancellations during high season.
- A minimum of 30 days notice is required for cancellations during peak season.
- Cancellations made outside the required notice period will forfeit the cost of the first night’s accommodation.
- A minimum night's stay is required during peak season.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Additional charges apply per person when more than 4 people are sharing a room.
- A cot is permitted in addition to the maximum bedding for infants between the ages of 0-3 years.
- A child rate applies to people between the ages of 4 - 13 years, inclusive.
- Please note that daily rates apply during Christmas Holidays, rather than nightly rates for camping/caravan sites only.
- Sorry, there are NO PETS allowed as the Resort is located within the Murramarang National Park.
- Check in - 2:00pm; Check out - 10:00am. Late check out fees apply.
- You will need to supply your own linen (sheets, blankets, pillows, towels) for all Standard Villas, however, linen is provided for the main bed ONLY in the Ocean Standard Villas, Park Villas, Forrest and Beach Villas.
NB. Where linen is not supplied, it may be obtained from Reception at an applicable rate.
- All villas may be serviced at the following rates:
- Full Service - $25 per night (includes rubbish removal, replenishment of consumables and replacement of bath towels. Linen is changed every 5th morning)
- Fresh bath towels and service - $15 per night
- Fresh bath towels only - $10 per night
- The Ocean Spa Villas, Ocean Villas, Beach Spa Villas and Garden Villas are serviced daily without charge.
- Particular villas or camp sites may be requested, however, can not be guaranteed by the Resort.
- All villas feature tea & coffee making facilities and cable TV.

EcoPoint Murramarang Resort would like to advise that there is a fee to be paid upon entry to the Murramarang National Park. This vehicle entry pass can be purchased from North Head Rd entry at $7 daily or an annual pass for $22 from Reception.
Selected villas only $120 per night for 4 people. Valid 27th April - 31 August 2010*.
